Making Face Masks:
You can help make Face Masks for Medical Professionals. For sewing directions CLICK HERE. JOANN Stores are handing out FREE fabric supplies at curbside to anyone sewing face masks at home, Those who want to make-to-give to the effort at home will be able to take advantage of JOANN’s Ship-to-Home and Curbside Pickup options, and find tutorials to create the items at joann.com/make-to-give-response. If you are unable to find elastic, you can also make masks with strings that would tie in the back of the head. View the face mask tutorial video below for more instructions.
Mask Drop-Off Locations:
Now more than ever, our neighbors are in need. With schools closed, there are many children who are in need of food. R.O.C.K. MN is a local nonprofit based in Prior Lake. R.O.C.K.'s mission is help meet the basic needs of our community's kids by sending home meals, providing hygiene needs to social workers to distribute, and providing other items (coats, hats, gloves, shoes, etc) to children in need.
