The aim of the Middle School Faith Formation Program is to help teens learn about their Catholic faith, bring their faith alive, and develope a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Students in grades 6th-8th work out of St. Mary’s Press’ Catholic Connections Handbook for Middle Schoolers! The CCH is a comprehensive overview of the Catholic Faith, in conformity with the Catechism of the Catholic Church. This dynamite program introduces young adolescents to Jesus Christ in a new way and inspires them to follow him. Fostering the faith of young adolescents involves helping them to make connections between the Catholic faith and everyday life.
Middle School Faith Formation sessions take place on Wednesday evenings gathering in the school gym at either 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., or 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. If any changes need to be made to the schedule that will be provided, email and MyParish app. will be the form of communication.
If you should have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call Lori Hinker, Director of Middle School Faith Formation, at 952-447-2491 ext. 109. You are also welcomed to email lhinker@stmichael-pl.org. Thank you for your involvement in this year’s program!
